With all wreck dives the appropriate certification must first be achieved, a site like this makes it all worthwhile. Sharks are not as common in the Philippines as in other countries around Southeast-Asia but this site is something of an exception. Large Pelagics roam the area but the best time to see them are early morning or at dusk. This artificial reef has been in place for over 20 years and has become a sanctuary for myriad species of fish.
